Ok, what you need to do first is locate the fonts you’re wanting to use. If they’ve come shipped with a specific piece of software, then the best thing to do would be to open My Computer, browse to the software’s Program Files folder (along the lines of C:\Program Files\SoftwareNameHere\), open that folder, then at the top click the Search button. On the left click ‘All files and folders’. Click ‘ More advanced options’. From the drop-down menu under ‘Type of file’, select ‘Font file’. Then just click the Search button.

It should go ahead and find all the fonts files in the folder; select them, Copy them, then go to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts, and Paste all the files into there (making sure you have Font-utilising programs closed while you do so). Once you’ve done that, open the software you wanted to use the fonts in and they should be there :)
