Question by Kane: Are you supposed to CANCEL your Office 2013 Free Trial subscription?
Hi everyone! I created this Answers account so I can find out the answer to this question. Recently I downloaded the trial version of the new Microsoft Office 2013 which lasts for thirty days. As of today the Free Trial has ran out although I went onto Microsoft Word today to check and it’s still available to use, along with all of the other Office programs in the Free Trial package. So I was wondering if I was supposed to cancel the Free Trial subscription before it runs out because I know you are supposed to on some of these Free Trials although I didn’t think U had to on this one because I have previously downloaded the Free Trial of Microsoft Office 2010 and that informed me when it was finished and didn’t let me use it after that so I thought it would with this, but no.
Can I please have an answer because I’m worried their charging me without me knowing, or that some sort of bill is on the way through post? I would really appreciate any helpful answers!

If you downloaded Office 2013 free trial without you giving Microsoft your credit card or debit card numbers then don’t worry. After it runs out then you won’t be charged. However if you did give Microsoft your credit card / debit card or payment details when you downloaded the trial office software then you will be likely charged after your trial ends, unless you called and cancelled.
