Hey, I have a windows xp professional on my computer and I am planning to sell it. I was wondering how you can restore or reboot xp somehow so that it goes back to factory version with nothing on it? It is also service pack 2 so can you downgrade it to 1?

Install from the OS CD or manufacturer recovery CD. This will probably be SP1 or the original version. You should upgrade to SP2 before shipping the computer.
It would also be wise to shred the hard drive before the reinstallation.
