Question by James Cook: Have to keep restarting laptop to get internet to work?
I have a brand new Acer Aspire E Windows 8 Laptop. I have had this problem where whenever I turn the laptop off, when I go to turn it back on I can’t get on the internet, despite it saying I have full connectivity. To cure this I have to restart it every time. It’s not a big issue as it only takes a minute but it does really annoy me. Here’s what I have already done to try and solve it unsuccessfully: Uninstall unnecessary files, update it daily and completely reboot the whole laptop. At the moment the only files I have are Microsoft Office and Windows Essentials. My WI-FI is BT Infinity but I have never had any issues with it before. Thanks for your help!
