Windows 7 Ultimate Retail Version with a RED Letter 'N' on the boot screen?

Question by : Windows 7 Ultimate Retail Version with a RED Letter ‘N’ on the boot screen?

I want to know if anyone has a version of Windows 7 Ultimate which has the RED letter ‘N’ after the words Ultimate on the main boot up screen.

Basically I do & I want to know what the ‘N’ means ?

This version came from the MSDN microsofts website & someone suggested it is the European version of Windows 7.

If so what are the differences between all versions available worlwide ?

An optional upgrade edition for Europe and South Korea only.
