So im planning to upgrade from windows 7 starter to ultimate through windows upgrade i’ve got the code , and i was just wondering if i will loose my files , im really confused about the whole upgrading thing . the reason im upgrading is that windows starter is annoying and pretty slow all the time

windows 7 ultimate wont be quicker. its your hardware that is slowing it down, or a virus or somesort of malware.
no, it wont delete anything (i went from home premium to ultimate since i needed bitlocker) but save your money and upgrade your hardware.
