Can i use the same Microsoft Office license after upgrading to Windows 7?

Question by Soup: Can i use the same Microsoft Office license after upgrading to Windows 7?

At the moment i have Vista Home premium but i have the option to upgrade to windows 7 professional. Firstly will i have to do a clean install?

From what i’ve read i will, but i have just installed Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 (3 user).

Is it possible to reinstall Office without having to using up another of the 3 users?

yes you can. The worst is that you’ll have to call them for the activation code, just say you had to reinstall it.

Yes, I meant you’d have to call MS. It’s all automated and easy to follow, you just get a massive long authentication key. Just say you had to do a complete reinstall following a disk drive error

Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 running on Windows 7 Professional (64-bit). The editor uses the default font Consolas 8. The font itself is a proper monospace font, but I don’t know why it is being rendered really ugly. WPF fault? It just looks rubbish. After a few minutes it is gets disturbing and IMHO impossible to stand for 8 hours a day.

Like the Tesco.com set, this is all done with HD projections of incredible depth and crispness even close up.
